Payment

Proxiway Versailles operates a train for groups all year round. In light of the popularity of this service, you are recommended to book in advance, either by telephone, or by sending a reservation email.
Reservations are considered to have been made once payment of a deposit of 50% of the cost of the service has been received. The balance must be paid 72 hours before the trip or it is liable to be cancelled. Invoices must be drawn up in Euros. For any payment in another currency, Proxiway Versailles will invoice for bank charges and exchange commission.

The client is required to respect the timetable drawn up jointly at the time of the order. In the case of any delay of more than a quarter of an hour, Proxiway Versailles may either cancel or modify the trip in order to keep its commitments to other clients who have respected the timetable. The client at fault will not be entitled to any price reduction or reimbursement.
